LET’S START
My Approach
Every person is unique; no two minds organize things the same way. Rather than trying to force you into a system that may not work for you, I help you create a custom, personalized system based on how your mind and your life work, so you can get organized and stay that way.
Making the commitment to get organized can be intimidating. I am here to support you, guide you and make it as easy and fun as possible to achieve your goals.
My Commitments to You
HOW IT WORKS
The Initial Consultation
Our work together starts with a conversation, possibly followed by a home visit/consultation.
The process is simple and straightforward:
We Talk
We will talk about what it is exactly that you want to achieve– your challenges, needs, goals and expectations.
We Meet
I often like to meet at your home so I can get a better feel for the projects and space you’d like to organize.
We Plan
Together, we will make a plan that will help you achieve your goals at a pace that is comfortable for you.
I Offer 3 Service Options
During our work together, I’ll give you as much or as little hands-on help as you want. We can work side-by-side, or if you prefer, you can leave it all to me. The choice is yours.
Ideas + Support
I provide ideas, suggestions and tools that give your efforts focus and direction, and I provide support and encouragement along the way.
Hands-On Assistance
I provide ideas, suggestions, tools, support and encouragement, plus hands-on assistance every step of the way. We do this together.
I Handle It All
We come up with a system that will work for you and I take it from there. I can also maintain things for you if you wish, or you can– it’s entirely up to you.
In our beginning sessions, I prefer to work one-on-one– no distractions, just us, so we can really focus on your needs. Once we are underway, I can bring in members of my team to assist if more hands are needed to help us reach our goals more quickly.
Our work together may involve scheduled in-person visits and phone calls or emails to report on progress and talk about any issues that arise. For some people, periodic follow-ups to maintain things and tweak processes as life changes are also helpful.
How and how often we will meet is part of the plan we make during your initial consultation, but is always subject to change based on what will work best for you. All I ask is that you provide 24 hours’ prior notice if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment; otherwise, you will be charged for the session (with exception for an emergency).
A QUICK NOTE ABOUT SUPPLIES
In general, I do not recommend you buy bins and storage containers ahead of time. I try to work with the things you already have as much as possible, and as we develop your custom system, you may need or want to purchase additional supplies. We will discuss and agree upon those items and either you can shop or I can (I’ll keep the receipts for reimbursement).
Pricing & Payment
Home organizing services are $100 per hour with a 4-hour minimum session. The cost for additional help from members of my team, if needed, is priced for each project based on the work required.
Payment is due at the end of each session. You can pay in cash or by check, made out to Everyone Organized, LLC. (Note: There is a $35 charge for returned checks.) Credit cards are also accepted.
To discuss your particular project, please contact me and tell me about your needs. Once I understand what’s involved, I will give you my recommendations for our next steps together. It costs nothing to speak with me.
